Before you write

A few things we get asked often:

• Where is my order? Send us your order number and we'll look into it and come back to you.
• I want to return something. Email us with your order number within 30 days of delivery and we'll send return instructions. Don't ship anything back before contacting us.
• Something arrived damaged. Send us your order number and a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you — your choice.
